Centennial, newly created in 2001, is the seventh most populous city in the Denver Metro area and the largest city ever to incorporate in U.S. History. In its almost 30-square mile area, it boasts a population over 100,000 and is comprised of highly irregular city boundaries almost resembling a checkerboard. The community, although very young, has a flourishing economy and diverse business climate and offers the benefits of city living along with the peacefulness of suburban and semi-rural life. Families of this community will not only live in the city ranked safest in Colorado but will enjoy beautiful and well-kept neighborhoods serviced by two outstanding school districts, Cherry Creek and Littleton. The parks and trails are spectacular and the newly revitalized Streets of Southglenn, will become a casually eclectic destination shopping community were festivals, concerts and other community events will take place. Centennial, although in its infancy, is a city where anyone would feel lucky to call it home.
